Breeders End Point Royalties

Breeders End Point Royalties (EPR) are a well established part of the Australian grain industry to provide cereal, oilseed and pulse breeding programs with a commercial incentive to continue to breed new varieties that directly meet the needs of growers. The majority of grain varieties in Australia have Plant Breeders Rights (PBR) protection and an End Point Royalty rate on the grain harvest sold.
